A small contingent of BangorCruise members with the Tigra in tow headed down to the second Modified Motors Live event at Punchestown Racecourse hoping for it to be as large as their previous event in Cork. It did not disappoint. A huge venue packed with the best modified motors from around the country with a massive live event arena being manned by the guys from Pro-Drift and occassionally the Fuel girls doing their live show.
The BC stand consisted of my own Carmouflaged A4, Davids newly vinyled Celica, Marks Megane Sport and Ryans Audi 80. We had hoped we could have brought more cars but due to the need for an overnight stay it put some people off and so we could only bring 4 cars. A bit disappointing but the standard of cars we had was high. The stand received attention all day least of all the two camo'd cars.
The Tigra was over on the Modified Motors stand having made it to cover car this month in the magazine and was photographed all day long. We ended up winning the "Best Interior" so added another prize to the trophy cabinet.
All in all, a very relaxed day for us following on from an evening of Beer Pong and other high jinx in the hotel. Certain apologies must be made to another irish forum for some things

Thanks to Ryan, Wee Balls, Claire, Grame, David and Mark for making the trip and thanks to all at Modified Motors for putting on an excellent show.
